Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Sellerbox. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Sellerbox ("we," "us," or "our"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Sellerbox is a seller analytics and order management platform designed to help e-commerce sellers on platforms such as Meesho manage their operations. Our services include:
Real-time order tracking and fulfillment status monitoring
SKU performance analytics and product-level reporting
Revenue, margin, and return rate analysis
Inventory and operational health dashboards
Data export and reporting tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use Sellerbox. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access the full features of Sellerbox, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password confidential and secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or misleading information.
You may use Sellerbox solely for lawful business purposes related to managing your e-commerce selling operations. You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its related systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data without prior written consent
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform or its data without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Sellerbox may offer free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features, pricing, and billing cycles will be clearly disclosed before purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
If we offer a free trial, your access will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and levies imposed by any governmental authority in connection with your use of Sellerbox.
You retain ownership of your business data uploaded to or generated within Sellerbox. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and use your data solely to provide and improve our services.
All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and technology on the Platform — including but not limited to software, algorithms, design, text, and graphics — are owned by or licensed to Sellerbox and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or its content without prior written consent from Sellerbox.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Platform, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.
Sellerbox may integrate with or link to third-party platforms and services (e.g., Meesho, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Sellerbox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sellerbox and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sellerbox and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful to the Platform, its users, or third parties.
Upon termination, all provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be first attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of Sellerbox after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
