When you register and use Sellerbox, we may collect the following:
Account information: name, email address, phone number, business name
Authentication credentials: username and encrypted password
Business data: your seller account IDs, SKU data, order data, and pricing information
Payment information: billing details processed securely through third-party payment gateways (we do not store full card details)
Communications: messages or support tickets you send to us
When you access our Platform, we automatically collect:
Device and browser information (type, OS, browser version)
IP address and approximate geographic location
Usage data: pages visited, features used, clicks, and session duration
Log data: server logs, error reports, and diagnostic information
Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)
If you connect third-party platforms (e.g., Meesho seller accounts) to Sellerbox, we receive data from those integrations as permitted by those platforms' APIs and your authorization. We only collect the data necessary to provide our services.

Account Management: to create, manage, and authenticate your account
Service Delivery: to provide order tracking, analytics, and reporting features

Your data is stored on secure servers (PostgreSQL with Redis caching) hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure with data centers in India and/or other compliant jurisdictions. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We implement industry-standard security practices, including:
Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
JWT-based authentication with secure token management
